     IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

     No Minimums. Order what you need big or small!

 

     HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?                                                                                                                                                                          1. Browse our inventory

 

                      2. Complete our Reservation form.

 

                      3. Once we recieve your reservation request and confirm availability, we will e-mail you our

                          rental agreement and electronic invoice.

 

                       4. Send us your deposit to hold your items.We require 1/2 down of total order amount.

                           Cash or check only

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

 As soon as you know the date of your event, in other words asap!

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?  All orders may be kept up to 72 hours for your convienence. For example:

Your item pick up (or delivery) is Friday and your event is on Saturday, your return day would be Monday before 12:00 noon.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

Please allow at least 2 weeks or more for changes or substitutions on your order. We will try our best, but can't gaurantee availability.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER? We have an emergency number upon request.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

 We require 1/2 down of total order amount. Cash or check only. The remainder of the bill is due when you pick up your items.

 

DO YOU DELIVER? We can deliver for a small fee ranging from $20.00 - 50.00. If the event is 50+ miles from our location ask us for an estimate.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEM POLICY?  All rental items are your responsibility from delivery (or will-call) to their pick-up (by us) or return. Many of our items are one-of-a-kind, so we ask that you ensure they are secure at all times and protected from the weather. We charge for broken, damaged or missing items including missing equipment such as totes, containers and moving supplies. Fees for non-repairable or unreturned items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
